ETC Model
Evacuated Tube Collectors(ETC) Solar Water Heating system is made of 3 layered Borosilicate tubes which heats water efficiently even in low temperature. The Outer wall of inner tube is coated with selective absorbing material(CU, AL, SS wafers).
This helps to increase absorption of solar radiation and transfers the heat into water which flows through the inner tube. It is new technology very cost effective and fast heating.
FPC Non Pressurized Model
The Solar Radiation is absorbed by Flat Plate Collector which consist of an insulated outer metallic box covered on the top with glass sheet. Inside there are blackened metallic absorber (selectively coated) sheets with inbuilt channels or riser tubes to carry water. The absorber absorbs the solar radiation and transfers the heat to the flowing water.
Flat Plate Collector model is a traditional model where collectors are made of copper tubes which are selectively coated for generating radiation.
This model is recommended for pressurized applications where pressure pump is used between cold water and solar tank.
